The Witches Tarot is a tarot deck I could stare at for hours — photographer and mixed media artist Chris Madsen built this entire project around the dark, mystic beauty of the female form paired with sacred symbology and real emotional weight. It’s an almost entirely female deck (Madsen appears once, as the fool and druid), and it introduces 13 original archetypes of the sacred feminine: the Maiden, Mother, Crone, Coven, Ritual Magick, Burn at the Stake, Wax, Wane, the Druid, Hekate, Lilith, Hel, and Selene.
